This past weekend, I found myself in a brick-and-mortar theater for the first time in nearly a year and a half. About a half-hour before that, I found myself across the way lining up the shot of the theater’s marquee featured above.
Both are things I’ve done countless times before, and both are experiences that have been irreversibly altered by the past year. As dire as that statement may sound, I think it’s also a good thing.
The pandemic took a lot, but it also gave us countless opportunities to learn and grow…whether we wanted them or not.
I’m not unloading all of my emotions from the past year today, but as the world starts to reopen, I’ll be sharing some of my own lessons learned here.
I’ll also be sharing some other perspectives, and allowing others to share a snapshot of their experiences. If you’d like to share some of yours, you can reach out via the O&A Contact Page.
